Executive Vice President of Development, Belmont Corporation Paul has been involved in the construction and real estate industry since he graduated from Rice University and obtained his MBA from Wharton. During the 1980’s, Paul worked on the construction of many Houston area projects, including Herring Hall at Rice and the Sculpture Garden at the MFAH. In 1991, Paul became President of Milam Partners, Inc., a Houston-based real estate and construction services company. Today, he is a national senior housing developer. During his career, Paul had become increasingly interested in the visual issues that adversely affect the quality of life and property values of the region. This interest led him to Billboards Limited (the precursor to Scenic Houston) more than 20 years ago. In addition, Paul is a Trustee for the St. John’s School. He speaks Spanish and played on the Varsity Soccer Team at Rice.
