With roadways representing more than 80 percent of Houston’s public realm, Scenic Houston recognizes that our roads and adjacent rights-of-way (streetscapes) serve as the defining backbone of our communities. Our goal is to improve these spaces by engaging local stakeholders and working together to improve their visual character.
